When you click cygwin bash shell, you could have following message

bash: $'\r': command not found

bash: $'\r': command not found

bash: $'\r': command not found

bash: $'\r': command not found

bash: $'\r': command not found

bash: /home/0291/.bash_profile: line 46: syntax error: unexpected end of file

It's because the .bash_profile edited with Win's Editor.

You can reedit the .bash_profile whis Dos2unix, but it is Difficultly searched.

So you can choose another editor like this

"EmEditor"-http://www.emeditor.com/

or

"PSPAD" - http://www.pspad.com/en/download.php

And, now you will find the above problem is solved
